At Morgan Memorial Hospital we strive to exceed the expectations of our patients. Our admissions department, located at the main entrance in the front of the building, will welcome you to our facility. The department staff members are friendly, knowledgeable and prepared to make a patient's registration experience as smooth as possible.

Patient's who are having a procedure that has been scheduled ahead of time by their physicians office may receive a phone call from our admissions staff a day or two prior to their visit. This will allow the patient to provide most of the registration information from the comfort of their own home.

To better serve our patients and ensure accurate information in our medical records, our staff will need to make copies of a patient's insurance cards and personal identification, such as a driver's license. Having this information available upon check-in will speed the registration process.

Our admissions staff can also give you an estimate of the anticipated cost of most common tests and procedures in our laboratory, radiology and therapy departments. We do request that patients be prepared to pay for the portion of expenses not covered by their insurance policy. While Morgan Memorial Hospital has contracts with many insurance companies to provide services to their policy holders, we ask that patients contact their insurance company directly for any questions they may have concerning coverage.
