Medicaid/Medicare CMO Patient Account Rep
Seeking a full-time Medicaid/Medicare CMO Patient Account Rep to be responsible for coordinating the collection of data required to successfully bill and follow-up on Medicaid and Medicare CMO's for services rendered to the patient. Must have 1-2 years of billing experience, possess good customer service skills and be able to multi-task.
Case Management Intake Coordinator
Seeking a full-time Intake Coordinator to facilitate admissions to MMH's TCU and Swing Bed Units and provide a smooth transition for the patient to a different level of care. Must be able to keep accurate records, work well with the public, and multitask proficiently. Prior experience in a hospital setting required, LPN+ critical access hospital experience preferred.
Network Administrator
Seeking a full-time Network Administrator to manage our hospital computer systems. Must have 5+ years experience in network and desktop support in a Windows environment, experience with Windows XP, 7, Wndows Server 2003 & 2008, Exchange, General Security Knowledge, Active Directory and Group Policies. Associate's degree in related field and healthcare systems background preferred. MCSA, MCSE or Network Administrator certification a plus. Strong network troubleshooting skills a must.
Lab Manager
Seeking a Lab Manager to coordinate the activities of the laboratory through hands-on activity and management to provide high-quality diagnostic test results to clinical practitioners. Must be able to create and maintain departmental budget, schedules, goals, and policies while fostering a positive work environment. BS degree in Medical Technology, certified by HEW, NCA, HHS, AMT, or ASCP, current GA licensure required. Two years minimum supervisory experience preferred.
Chief Executive Officer
Minimum of five to ten years demonstrated hospital leadership experience as a CEO, CFO, or COO in a small hospital is essential. Background in a Critical Access Hospital is strongly preferred. A Master's Degree (MBA or MHA)is required.
Candidates must have a proven record of success in business development, physician relations, fiscal accountability, and hands-on daily operations. Current knowledge of healthcare industry, including JCAHO and regulatory standards, required. Proven capital, project planning and management skills, along with excellent communication skills, are required.
Must be able to relocate to Morgan County and become actively involved in the community. Morgan Memorial Hospital offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Occupational Therapist or COTA - Per Diem/Contract
Seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist or COTA to perform occupational therapy interventions in our inpatient rehabilitation facility. Emphasis on professionalism and patient satisfaction is required. Experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Must have current state licensure and CPR/BLS certification. Must be willing to work weekends when needed.
Medical Technologist - PRN
Seeking a certified Medical Technologist to work PRN in the Laboratory. MT (ASCP) certification or equivalent required. Two years of experience preferred. If MLT certified, you must be State eligible to work alone. Must be willing to work days and nights.
Chief Nursing Officer
Position will manage operations for all nursing units. This is a leadership opportunity for a hands-on and highly motivated nursing professional looking for a challenging and rewarding position. CNO gives guidance and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure that patient care needs are met; ensures appropriate staffing levels; coordinates the development, revision, and implementation of standard protocols, procedures and policies; encourages and actively promotes increased staff competence and proficiency through the use of educational programs and performance review tools; assists in developing, implementing, and monitoring nursing unit performance improvement programs; and develops yearly budget for nursing administration. Position reports to the CEO. Candidates must have BSN, current RN licensure in GA and at least 5+ years of nursing management experience.
